Banks are not happy, could you recommend one?

After the financial crisis which has swept the world, banks are not very popular. It could be that you have a local Bank that is friendy, efficient, and meets your financial needs, one you could recommend. That's the idea behind this Lens, Recommending a Bank.

I bank with Barclays Bank in England. The interest rate from the Bank of England is 0.5%. I have received a very nice letter from Barclays, informing me that my agreed overdraft facility will go up in April from 16.9% to 19.3%
