The New King James Version-NKJV, The New International Version- NIV, New American Standard Version- NASV, New Living Translation- NLT, The Message, Amplified Bible etc. The new bible versions have removed the Powerful name of the Lord JEHOVAH! It's not in the new bible versions, and I encourage (recommend) The Holy Bible King James Version KJV. but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them. Exodus 6:3. The Holy Bible KJV is as the 7 seventh purification Psalm 12:6-7. The powerful name JEHOVAH is shared 7 seven times in the Holy Bible KJV. Kind Regards.

Very helpful and well thought out lens. I'm not sure I would recommend paraphrase because of lack of accuracy, but that's just my opinion. I like the idea of the formal equivalence probably because I'm a Bible student. Have you checked out my hermeneutics lens: Hermeneutics (How to Interpret the Bible?

You are so right! A few months I was in Barnes 'n Nobles looking for a new Bible and of course there were hundreds of different ones, in all sizes and colors, and finally my eyes fell upon a cute medium sized pink leather Bible! I knew right then it had to be that one!! It was the only pink Bible in the whole store! When I went to check out everybody around me was saying "What a cute Bible, where did you get it? Where did you get it?" and even the cashier told me I was very lucky because that was the only one like that! I was so happy! I love my new Bible!
