Its not too often that you find an absolute gem.

Here is a small operator in South Africa offering great products at affordable prices probably some of the Best Buy Computers in Cape Town
These guys really go the extra mile to accomodate the customer. In this day and age I find it refreshing that the customer still is king- well at least with this outfit.
Their pricing and even their product selection has been well thought out and planned as is their site,which is easy to navigate.

Don't you just get irritated with these big brand agents or distributors whose only interest is to make a buck and move on. I have had experience with agents especially on the software end , where after reinstall and reinstall and of course more cost , we achieved nothing more than excuses and a poor attempt at blaming the hardware as being a dud.

To give you an example of how refershing it is to deal with the small guy who is keen to do business and values the life time value of his client. I recently went to The HUB to get 2 extra displays as I run an Imac at home.I was quite prepared to buy it there and then. Now I am not a techie when it comes to hardware , but i thought i would be able to extend a few monitors. I mean how hard can it be.
Can you imagine my amazement when the owner of the store says to me hang on we cant sell you these monitors as they are not compatible with Mac. Now he could have said nothing and let me walk out with it but he didn't ! I went to another store and asked the same question and some sales guy there was only too keen to make his commission and sell me any display moniitor he could as long as he got the sale. Fortunately I had the heads up from the Guys @ The Hub so I was the wiser and when I challenged him , he didn't really have any answer.

This is the difference between dealing with a company that really cares about you as a customer.My point is that finally service matters,you meet guys who take the time to find a solution to your problem and really care about helping you , and I think the Guys from the Hub do this and they do it intentionally.
