Camcorders for Recording Videos on YouTube

Do cost a little more but are easier to use!

Another option for those who are willing to spend more money is to invest in camcorders. They are slightly more expensive but you get better microphones and better HD video quality.

Some manufacturers offer an interface that will allow you to directly upload your video from the camera. This is not often necessary and at times it can be a useless feature. That is likely because you need to upload your videos to your computer, edit the videos or transform the video into another format before uploading to YouTube. You might be wondering what the 1080p means. There is no need to go into all the technical details, what you need to know is, anytime you see 1080p, it means wide screen.

You must be willing to pay between $300 and $400 for these video recording devices. The great thing is that you get better sound quality and a compact camera that can be used to film videos for Youtube.

An interesting feature to look for when you are buying video recording cameras is the ability to flip around the LCD screen so that that you can see yourself whilst filming. This is great when you do podcasts or film yourself without the aid of an assistant. An example of such a device is the JVC Everio GZ-HM650BUS Camcorder.
