I am not now, nor have I ever been an employee for Kraft, but personally, I always use the "Kraft" brand of Grated Parmesan cheese because every time I make my cheese ball I love the delicious smooth flavor. I've experimented with other brands of grated Parmesan cheese and my cheese ball did not taste the same. Of course if you do try another grated Parmesan cheese that you prefer, all the better.
