The Very Best Cookbooks Money Can Buy? There Are SO Many to Choose From!

Cookbooks are obviously plentiful. In fact, I'm almost embarrassed by the understatement. Hundreds of thousands of them exist, both physically and digitally.

They can be found in virtually every country and language throughout the world. And choosing the very best cookbooks with which to build your personal library could seem quite an overwhelming task.

Some cookbooks cover nearly every type of dish known to man, while others are extremely niche specific, such as 101 ways to cook jumbo prawns. Some cookbooks focus on decadent and crowd pleasing recipes. And still others have a very different type of focus, such as recipes to treat cancer, diabetes, or childhood obesity.

With so many different genres of cookbook, and so many individual recipe collections within each of these genres, sometimes your best bet is just to take a chance, close your eyes, and point at a particular cookbook. Buy that one and hope it was worth the investment.

Personally I like to read product reviews from real cookbook owners. I generally do this at Amazon.com, though for digital cookbooks (my new and preferred method of acquiring cookbooks), I generally just go with my gut... and will usually buy the cookbook if it comes with lots of bonuses!

In my opinion, nothing compares to digital cookbooks. On this page, most of the cookbooks I feature will, in fact, be digital in nature. This is true for many reasons.

The biggest of these reasons is VALUE! Of course, instant accessibility and easy transport (take your favorite recipe reader or laptop on the road with you and you've got an endless supply of cookbooks!) are other main factors, but value is KING!

These cookbooks include pie recipes, bbq recipes, heart healthy recipes, soup recipes, Diabetic Delights, Cooking for Kids, and many more titles, many of which normally cost over $15 when purchased individually.
