Business Stripped Bare: Adventures of a Global Entrepreneur

One of Virgin-founder Richard Branson's many books, and my personal favourite. The iconic Branson writes with a vibrancy and passion enough to fill anybody with enthusiasm. In this book, he talks about his audacious and cheeky deals, hard work and devotion, and the true entrepreneurial spirit it takes to create a global empire. Along with all of his other books, this is a strongly recommended read.

Rich Dad, Poor Dad

Rich Dad Poor Dad: What The Rich Teach Their Kids About Money That the Poor and Middle Class Do Not!

Amazon Price: $3.71 (as of 05/28/2012)Buy Now

Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" has built up a cult following since its release, with many people claiming it has led them to their millions. Met with mixed reviews, some claim that the book teaches false pretences in the world of money. I find that if you can take from the book the psychological message that it portrays, it truly is one of the books that will help you most on your journey through entrepreneurialism, a book which has changed many people's (including mine) whole mindset when it comes to cash. A must read.

Think and Grow Rich

Think and Grow Rich

Amazon Price: $4.63 (as of 05/28/2012)Buy Now

First published in 1937, Think and Grow Rich is perhaps the most famous of all entrepreneurial books. Written by successful businessman Napoleon Hill, with the input of Andrew Carnegie, the book is a study of the principals of riches, and how by applying these principals, one can begin to build their own empire. The book features tales of successful businessmen such as Henry Ford, and modernised versions have similar, modernised stories of business success stories more relevant to the world so many years on. This book really does have the power to open ones eyes to the entrepreneurial past, and how the characteristics of others can provide inspiration for the way you live your own life as an entrepreneur.

The One Minute Millionaire

The One Minute Millionaire - The Enlightened Way To Wealth

Amazon Price: $4.00 (as of 05/28/2012)Buy Now

This story focuses on a woman who is backed into a position whereby she has to raise a large amount of money because of circumstance in her life. It focuses on the emotional impact of loved ones in business, and how when left with no option but succeed she went about finding a way. Laced with parables and tales from the world of business, this book will inspire and motivate all "wantrepreneurs" - read it!

The Four Hour Work Week

The 4-Hour Work Week: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich (Library Edition)

Amazon Price: $34.65 (as of 05/28/2012)Buy Now

Tim Ferris' revolutionary musings about starting a business, and then making yourself "unnecessary", automating, outsourcing and building a business that wont require 24 hour attention. This book is not about time management, but about the psychology of making money and the misconceptions we may have about what we need to do to generate income and revenue. A really great read.

Me, the "Wantrepreneur"

I'm 21 years old and have already decided to devote my life to business and entrepreneurship. I am a photographer for a company called Klickbooth as well as running numerous blogs including a football (soccer for any Americans) blog called The North Stand. During my time learning about business, these books have proved hugely helpful and inspirational.

Other inspiring books

I'm happy to read and review more entrepreneurial books, and will be adding more reviews as time goes on. Feel free to comment or suggest here.
