The Best Exercises For Women With Fitness Strength Training

I should just rename this "The Best Exercises Period" because they're not exclusively great just for women but these are just awesome exercises in general for getting you to your results... but for the sake of argument I will leave it with the best exercises for women.

Fitness strength training is so important, yet so few women actually do it. One recent survey revealed that only around 27% of active woman admitted to weight training 2 or more times a week. Which means that the other 73% of women are working out all wrong.

If you're looking for a tight, lean, toned body then you are going to have to weight training... having a proper fitness strength training program isn't my recommendation but my requirement.

It's going to help build muscle, while helps burn calories, fat and sculpt a sexy body! What's there to argue about... nothing.

Which is why I am going to jump straight into the best exercises for women... no more fluff needed! Check out below where you will find the best:

Best Butt Exercises For Women

Get a Tighter, Higher, Cellulite-free Derriere

These exercises aren't just moves that I have my clients do but if you ever walk into my gym in Charleston you will see me doing these moves too. They don't just work they work amazingly.

Toning the glutes is important... this is a strong, large muscle which means you need big, strong moves.

1. Deadlift
2. Step-up (dumbbell)
3. Split Squat

Of course the general squat is a great move too, but these are the best 3... and in my opinion the split squat wins out.

For these exercises, don't wimp out. Lift and lift heavy. If you're trying to build up a butt then these butt exercises will need to be with heavy weights for shorter reps. If you're looking to get great fat burning results and a slight tone up then go with lighter (but not light) weight for higher reps, say around 15-18.

Best Back Exercises For Women

Fight The Bra Buldge and Back Flaps

This is a really tough spot for women to tone up, not so much because they can't but because we just don't think weight train this area. But just like the butt, thighs, arms, and chest working the back is important for a balanced looking tight body.

Add 1-2 of these back exercises for women to your next workout!

1. Assisted pull-ups or the real deal pull-ups (wide grip)
2. Seated cable row
3. Bent over alternating dumbbell row (my favorite)
4. Deadlift Row with barbell
5. High cable row

These are all great, if you're looking for more in-dept information on these just click Back Exercises For Women.

Just like all fitness strength training... don't be afraid to lift heavy and push yourself. If you have the cable set at 10 lbs but know you could easily to 20 lbs, then go with 30! It's the only way to really blast fat and tone up.

Best Arm Exercises For Women

Sculpting Arms Better Than Cameron Diaz

The trick when it comes to sculpting great toned arms is choosing exercises that work more than one small muscle. For example, why spend time on a bicep curl, working just that one little muscle when you can do one of the exercises I have listed below to work the Biceps, chest and shoulders?

Women (and men) don't need to spend time on these little exercises because if you have a balanced workout then you will hit each muscle equally so everything stay in proportioned, you burn more fat, tone more muscle and feel freaking awesome.

Best Arm Exercises For Women
Just like with the back, choose just 1-2 of these to add to your fitness strength training!

1. Bench Press
2. Seated Shoulder Press with Dumbbells
3. Reverse Curl to Press
4. Push-ups
5. Chin-ups or Assisted Chin-ups
