How To Choose The Best Face Mask
Walk into any spa and you'll see a few dozen more.
And walk into one of those high-end department stores or a fancy, expensive boutique and you'll see a few dozen more!
First, it helps if you know your skin type. Most manufacturers make a wide variety of face masks, each for a different skin type - oily, dry, damaged, etc.
If you're not sure of your skin type take a look at the skin in your T-Zone area,. Imagine a capital 'T' on your face and it would cover your forehead, nose and chin.
Next, it's important to look at the ingredient labels to make sure the mask doesn't contain something you're allergic to. You might also prefer a mask made of natural or organic products as opposed to one that's loaded with chemicals.
Next, look at the directions for use and make sure it's something you can commit to. If you're going to have to wear the mask for 5 straight hours while lying flat on your back you might not want that much time every week to commit to that product.
And finally - look at the price versus the number of treatments you get for the money. Twenty dollars might seem like a lot of money for a face mask but if it's going to last you for a year then you're not spending much at all.

Borghese Fango Active Mud Masks
What is it?
The Borghese Fango Active Mud Mask is made from mud found in the Tuscany area of Northern Italy and in Italian, Fango means mud. This rich mud is also made with complex plant oils of geraniums, lavender and avocado and it's rich in nutrients for your skin.
Borghese mud removes dead skin cells and un-clogs pores leaving you with a fresh, healthy glow. If also soothes and softens your skin which is especially helpful if you've experienced a lot of sun damage.
To use the Borghese mud you should wash your face first then just apply a thick layer of mud. It can be left on your skin for 3 to 10 minutes but you should always remove it before it completely dries out. That's why it's important to apply a thick layer.
For very oily skin you should start with 5 to 7 minutes and for dry skin start with 3 to 5 minutes.
The Borghese Active Mud is very thick and it's difficult to remove. The best way is to use a wet paper towel to take of the worst and then rinse your face with clear water to remove smaller traces.
