However, after trying a number of leading ones (even those that claim to be truly revolutionary) I found myself dissapointed with the results. Tip 1 - Don't Eat Too Little

Thats right, if you want to learn how to get rid of stomach fat fast then you need to realise that starving yourself will not work. If you do starve yourself then your body will go into survival mode and your metabolism will slow right down as it attempts to preserve every joule of energy it can. Without going into calculating calories (because that always gets boring) as a rough rule you should eat 6 small meals a day as opposed to 3 large ones. Your meals should compose of proteins (lean meat, fish, milk, eggs) carbohydrates (go for healthier carbohydrates such as wholemeal breads) fruit and vegetables and healthy fats (this means no fast food) These meals should be eaten every 2 - 2 and a half hours.

Tip 2 - Exercise More

Adding exercise into your daily life is one of the most important things you can do if you want to learn how to get rid of stomach fat, fast. I don't mean that you have to quit your job and chain yourself to the treadmill for five hours a day though!
