Best Five Christian Songs of Today

Everyone needs a good tune to get them going, especially on a bad day when nothing seems to be going your way. If you are a Christian, what better way to uplift yourself than to listen to some of the most inspired Christian gospel songs of today? Trust me, if you choose to PRAISE, you will see God working to RAISE you out of any negative situation you might be in.

#1: God is Able - Hillsong
The title already says it all, doesn't it? When you feel like your problems in life are overwhelming, let this song remind you that your God is able. He is able to do all things "exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think", as gloriously described in Ephesians 3:20. Listen to this song and as you magnify God's presence, all your problems will start to disappear. Tried and tested! :)

#2: Our God - Chris Tomlin
This heart-thumping number will definitely lift your spirits as you sing along and praise the Lord. The catchy beat and addictive melody means that once you listen to this song, it will leave such a lasting impression that you will just want to hear it over and over again! And if you choose to do so, I guarantee you will soon have a big smile on your face and faith will surely arise. :)

#3 Hosanna - Brooke Fraser
Hosanna means "Save Now", and we know that if we call out to our God, He is ever-ready to answer us and come to our rescue. Listening to this beautiful song will surely make you want to lift your hands in worship. If you are feeling down, keep this song on replay and know that your God your Savior will come and rescue you. :)

#4 The Stand - Hillsong
My favorite line from this moving song is "I'll stand, with arms high and heart abandoned, in awe of the One who gave it all." What a beautifully written song, don't you think? When we think of the finished work that Christ has done on the cross, we can't help but worship Him in awe of what He has done. Your spirit will surely be stirred and moved when you listen to this song. There might even be a few tears! Don't say I didn't warn you. :)

#5 How Great is Our God - Chris Tomlin
This has got to be the most well-known Christian song of today and for good reason! With its lovely lyrics and stirring melody, it is not surprising that this is probably one of the most popular worship songs played in churches all around the world. When you listen to the chorus, you can't help but sing along. Indeed, our God is a great God. :)
