Finely chopped fruits and veggies won't fall to the trays below.

* Removable trays
When you need to dry big vegetables or fuits you can remove remove every other tray and get extra space

* Ten years warranty
When a company back their product with a ten year warranty you can be sure that they trust the product quality. This is very true for the Excalibur. You can be sure this thing will last many many years.

Cons
* It's expensive
An excalibur dehydrator is generally more expensive than a Nesco but if you have plenty to dry then this food dehydrator is really worth it.
