I always boil up the bones after a roast for stock. I also keep prawn shells in the freezer to boil up as they make the best stock ever for noodle soup! Even though my kids hate the smell of them boiling, the soup itself is their all time favourite!

When I'm chopping veggies or have just a little uncooked veggies left over, I thrown them in a baggie in the freezer. Then when I get ready to make Vegetable Stock, the veggies are already cut for me. The stock can then be frozen in ice cube trays to be used as needed.
