    Thanks @fedria, I appreciate the clarification. I think I prefer futons to bunk beds... They same more aesthetically pleasing to me.

    Futon bunk beds are a step ahead in the line of bunk beds. A futon is usually referred to as a sofa cum bed. As its name suggests, a sofa cum bed is that flexi-utility furniture which can be folded upright to serve as a sofa or can be unfolded to form a bed. A bunk bed, on the other hand, consists of a pair of beds placed one upon the other. A futon bunk bed is thus a bunk bed having a regular bed as its upper bunk and a futon as its lower bunk. Futon bunk beds may be of one of the two types - twin futon bunk bed or full futon bunk bed. futon mattress bring new dimension to homes.
