Do you have a 7 year old girl on your gift list? My granddaughter, Rachel, is 7 and when I visited her this weekend we spent some time looking through catalogs and sale bills and she showed me all the things she would really like to have for Christmas.
Rachel seemed to want every doll in the catalogs and all of the stuffed animals too! I got her to narrow it down to a few favorites and I have listed them in this lens.

- These seem to be great ones! My friends' 7-8 year olds love American Girls and LaLaLoopsy. I adore Charlotte's Web, and got it as a gift around that age. My daughter's just turning 4, so I'm looking into my gift purchasing future here. :)

- I don't have a little seven year old daughter, granddaughter or niece to buy these toys for. I don't know why but children's toys and clothes have always held an attraction for me. When I "get lost" in the store my husband always can find me in the children's department. I guess I'm still hoping for a grandchild. Sigh! This is a lovely lens and definitely ... Charlotte's Web. Blessed by this angel.

- If they have 18 inch dolls, best gift would be to buy clothes or accessories for them...you can get them for cheap at amazon 18 inch doll clothes.

- The American Girl doll is SPOT ON! I am 26, and I still remember wanting an American Girl doll until I was at least 13! Of course, my mom could get me one now and I would probably love it! Build-a-bear is also another good one. Even my 6-year-old boys loves his!

- My granddaughter (who is almost 7) loves her American Girl doll. I have bought her several of the Dolly and Me matching outfits for her and her doll and she has loved these. Other favorite gifts have been any kind of craft kit (especially things we can do together) and books. You had some good suggestions here (she has one of the FurReal Walking Pups and loves it).

- I only have 4 grandsons, so it was so fun to read this lens and see what's "cool" for young girls these days. It's been many years since my daughters were young enough that I could buy them fun gifts like these! :)

- Wow! I do not have a little girl that I buy gifts for, but I very much remember the American Girl doll and how much my daughter loved hers. Does it get any better than Charlotte's Web? I think not! Most Excellent!
