I haven't tried Mysticmama's recipe, but I just took a look and it does look good. Based on the ingredients, I think I like my own better. You can't beat a good bison burger with BBQ sauce and cheddar. However I am going to give hers a try sometime, it looks tasty.

- My burger recipe is not for the patties themselves, but for the fixin's. I created the Bleu Monday while working as a manager at a Carl's Jr. restaurant, and just loved it! You can try your pattie recipe with my Bleu Monday burger at http://www.squidoo.com/Bleu-Mondays

- For me, it is mostly about the toppings. Jalapeno peppers, mushrooms, and a slice of jack, all cooked on top on low. Oh, and the burger *must* be cooked by coal. I mean, really, gas is not barbecue!

- Thanks for including my lens in this debate - of sorts. We have a couple of packs of ground Venison that a friend gave us recently, now I have burgers in mind for that lean, delicious meat.
