    My burger recipe is not for the patties themselves, but for the fixin's. I created the Bleu Monday while working as a manager at a Carl's Jr. restaurant, and just loved it! You can try your pattie recipe with my Bleu Monday burger at http://www.squidoo.com/Bleu-Mondays

    For me, it is mostly about the toppings. Jalapeno peppers, mushrooms, and a slice of jack, all cooked on top on low. Oh, and the burger *must* be cooked by coal. I mean, really, gas is not barbecue!

    Thanks for adding my burger recipe - I'm obviously biased and think mine is the best *grin* - but I will have to try all the others - they all look great...I'm gonna put on about 100lbs!

    The best hamburger, in my opinion, has to be a grilled barbecued beef burger! They all sound simply delicious, though. Five stars.

    Thanks for including my lens in this debate - of sorts. We have a couple of packs of ground Venison that a friend gave us recently, now I have burgers in mind for that lean, delicious meat.

    Are we going to have a grill off here on Squidoo? If I can get an ice pick and a shovel, maybe I can get to mine on the back deck and grill some up. Great idea for a debate (and thanks for the mention!).
