Easy To Use Hands Free Can Opener

I have to admit I have always just had a manual can opener. Never even thought about buying a electric can opener let alone a hands free can opener. But somethings you do not know what you are missing until you give it a try.

My grandma was having problems opening can by herself so for Christmas she got a ever popular hands free can opener. One that she now thinks is the best can opener ever. I eventually had to give the can opener a shot when helping her cook lunch one day. I really was resistant in using it but after I did I decided to go buy me one.

Black & Decker GC200 Gizmo Cordless Can Opener

The Gizmo Cordless Can Opener was great and was just what my grandma needed. Something that would help her open cans so she could keep being as independent as she has always been.

The only con that I can really see with this hands free can opener is that it was a little hard for my grandma to learn by herself. After she had a grand-kid to show her how to use the can opener, she had it under control and was showing everyone else how to use it.
