The Best Headphones For iPhone

Sennheiser HD238 Open Aire Stereo Headphone
Pros
* Deep bass with crisp and clear mids and highs
* Very balanced
* Lightweight and perfectly sized. Very comfortable even when worn for hours
* Great build quality
* Terrific soundstage. Each instruments are distinct and clearly separated.
* Cheap. You can get this for less than $50

Cons
* Open air headphones do not block outside noises very well and when you turn the volume up the people next to you can hear what you're listening. If that's a problem for you then you should choose closed models like Sennheiser HD228/H218 or just get an IEM like the two shown below.

Note
An HD238 user, Nathaniel Reynolds, suggest the followings to get the best of these headphones:
1) Turn off that EQ, its spoiling the music
2) Burn-in your headphones, after about 50 hours of music through these I was comfortable calling them "burned in"
3) Turn off all software "sound enhancement", its spoiling the music

* Comfortable to wear. It comes with small, medium and large silicone ear cushions so you can pick which ones are the best fit for your ears.
* Includes a crush-proof metallic hard case

Cons
* Cables not too durable. You can easily replace them with Westone cables which are much more flexible and longer lasting.

Shure SE530PTH Sound Isolating Earphones with Push-To-Hear Control
The price for these earphones really make me feel bad for putting them in this list. Last time I checked you need to spend about $470 to get them. However, leaving these excellent earphones out would made me feel worse because these earphones are simply superb.

My second reason to put these here is the title of this page. It's "Best Headphones For iPhone" so I have to show you the best whether it's cheap or stupidly expensive.
