I was using Google Apps, and coming from a Microsoft Office background, I felt like my hands were tied. Do other users just have very low expectations? On top of that, good luck getting support. Ha! I looked to find a Microsoft-based cloud provider (there are bunches) and move to one that did not skimp on support (paypercloud). I am happy that I did and wonder what everyone else is experiencing with Google for business.

I have used GoDaddy's Exchange services and for the most part they are good. I mean, it's reasonably priced but they only give you 2GB of space, while others give you around 25GB for the exact same price. I guess the biggest reason why I don't prefer them is support as it is fairly useless. It seems that they really don't care if they lose your money or not.

It's refreshing that you do not use any affiliate links, that is definitely a problem when trying to do research and get honest answers on the Internet. Thanks for this info, it brings up good points to consider!

Everybody wants to have authority, but with affiliate links they will have a hard time, because we all know they just want the money. It's hard to find a honest review those days, so thanks for yours. It's important that they have a good support service and the latest technology.

I would say that having the company in the states is a big one for me. Outsourcing to other countries might save a bit of money but it usually suffers when it comes to customer service. Great lens.

I definitely agree with you on review sites. Most of them are filled with affiliate links. It can be difficult to get an unbiased review that you can trust.

This is interesting information and something that I had not thought of before regarding hosted exchange providers.
