Best Joker Costume

At the time of first publishing this lens, costumes like the Grand Heritage Joker Costumes had been in circulation for over 18 months. Ever since the release of the hit movie The Dark Knight thousands of wanabee Jokers worked on re creating the look which was so brilliantly brought to life by Heath Ledger. As soon as the trailers for the film where released it was quite obvious that guys would want to be him. Sadly his untimely death also added to the global exposure of this fantastic character. Marketing men/women must have been rubbing their hands when they saw thousands of people going to the premiers dressed in their homemade Joker costumes and makeup. (a sure sign that a costume will meet demand). Here's a reminder of how explosive this character was and still is.

Another sign that almost confirms that a costume will be around for a long time is the mask, basically if the character can be re-created using your own face rather than wearing an over the head latex mask, is quite often a deciding factor. We all know that people love dressing up, but if they themselves can create the characters distinguishing features then it's a sure fire bet for a popular costume. There are many videos on YouTube that show how the distinctive features of the Joker can be created, but this is one of my favourites. There are three parts to this sequence but if you are a SERIOUS fan then you can watch then all, these are currently the best you will find on YouTube.

Perfect not only does Heath Ledger give us a brilliant character in the Joker himself, this one scene in the film also instantly gives us another costume, guy's often need an excuse to dress in womens clothes but hey! who wants to be a Nurse now!
