Exactly Which Juice Extractor Reviews Are The Best?
How many times have you read through juice extractor reviews trying to select the best one to buy?
While most juice extractor reviews attempt to voice their opinions, some can seem a bit biased at times. Manufacturers websites featuring their current models of juice extractors can be of some assistance, the drawback there is that more of the positive points are brought out over the cons in the hopes of making a sale. Product user reviews from websites such as Amazon can be great resources because the products have actually been used by consumers in many types of real world situations. If you have the time and enjoy reading, magazines such as Consumer Reports or Consumer Guide are very helpful if you subscribe or pick up a copy at a newsstand.
Overall the best juice extractor reviews are from a trustworthy source who is impartial to sponsorships, promotions or compensation. This is the purpose of this article, to provide an honest, knowledgeable review, utilizing research, actual product and price comparisons then providing the potential shopper with the best options available. I truly hope you find these Juice Extractor Reviews
#1 Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite 1000-Watt Juice Extractor
We start out with this power horse of a juicer with its 1000 watt Italian manufactured electronic motor for enhanced efficiency. The theory behind this electronic motor is that it incorporates the use of a smart chip to sense when a heavier load is placed on the motor due to harder fruits or vegetables, the chip then "tells" the electronic motor to produce more power as needed. It also features a dual speed control of high (13,000 RPM) and low (6,500 RPM) for softer materials.
The Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite 1000-Watt Juice Extractor with its polished stainless steel body is beautifully designed to compliment any designer kitchen and the wide 3 inch feeding tube makes it possible to process many fruits or vegetables with cutting them first.
Clean up is also a snap due to the parts being dishwasher safe and dis-assembly is possible without the use of any special tools. Every part just snaps back together effortlessly. The only problem I noticed is that when high liquid content materials such as oranges or watermelons are processed, its best to use the low speed to prevent fluid leakage through the lid.
Considering the overall performance and construction of this juicing machine it scores very highly through customer reviews and it deserves my personal recommendation if your budget allows. The cost of this high performance juice extractor is right around $300. On a scale of 1 - 10.......I can honestly give it a 9.
#2 Breville BJE510XL Ikon 900-Watt Variable-Speed Juice Extractor
Like its bigger brother on the #1 spot of this review, this Breville BJE510XL Ikon 900-Watt Variable-Speed Juice Extractor is another popular juice extractor from Breville. Its great looks features stainless steel construction combined with a 900 watt variable-speed motor to offer beauty and power for long lasting service. This juicer also uses the "Smart Chip" technology for enhanced power as needed along with energy efficiency. The motor is capable of producing speeds anywhere from 6,500 rpm to 12,500 for powerful juice extraction under any operating condition.
This Breville model has no problems chewing up most fruits and vegetables with its 3 inch feeding tube and razor sharp cutting blades but, leafy greens such as lettuce, spinach or herbs should be avoided.
As for noise during juicing, this model is fairly comparable to a blender or food processor which is not bad considering the hard work required to squeeze every drop of juice. There is however some slight vibration to control at the higher speeds but that is to be expected from a kitchen appliance such as this.
When it comes to the clean up, its more like a pleasure than a chore. A brush is included to help in cleaning the heavy duty non-stick acrylic parts which really only require minor washing and rinsing. The cutting discs are also removable for ease of cleaning. The part that does require the most time to clean is the micro-mesh filter but the brush comes in handy at this point. Assembly is a simple snap together process which only includes 5 parts.
For the $200 price of this great juice extractor its feature packed and highly recommended. With almost 450 reviews from satisfied owners at Amazon this model can't be beat! This juicer deserves a 9 on a scale of 10.

# 3 Cuisinart CJE-1000 1000-Watt 5-Speed Juice Extractor
This Cuisinart CJE-1000 1000-Watt 5-Speed Juice Extractor is another popular model of high quality products. Why not get on the health band wagon this new year, by getting started juicing up with fruits and vegetables. With it's 1000 watts of power which operates very quietly, along with its 5 speed control dial that lights up with LED blue light featured around the dial. This very handsome design made of stainless steel die-cast measures 15 2/5 X 11 4/5 X 19 inches will add elegance and style to any modern kitchen. It comes with a 1 quart pitcher used for catching the juice as its produced from the juice extractor as well as a 2 liter pulp container which makes discarding pulp an easy task. All of its parts are easily removable which in turn makes clean-up a cinch as they are also dishwasher friendly.
This as many Juice Extractors contains a 3" tube used for feeding whole fruits and vegetables, this in itself is a huge time saver as no time is wasted on cutting or peeling them unless of course they are extra large sizes. The Cuisinart Juice Extractor comes with a brush to assist with easy clean-up as well as a recipe book that features a variety of healthy delicious concoctions, as well as 3 year manufactures warranty. If you still haven't made up your mind on buying this model, I welcome you to view the video below that will give you more insight on this delightful kitchen gadget. This model of juice extractor clearly earns a 9 out of a possible 10. Happy juicing!

#4 Hamilton Beach 67650 Big Mouth Pro Juice Extractor
If you want quality at a very reasonable price then the Hamilton Beach 67650 Big Mouth Pro Juice Extractor is a model that can't be beat! The Big Mouth Pro measures 14 1/2" X 10" X 18" and built with a powerful motor that's rated at 1.1 horsepower, it operates very quietly for reduced noise when its extracting juice. It has a generous sized feeding chute of 3" which accommodates all average size vegetables and fruits. It's ease of cleaning due in part because of its removable plastic parts that are also dishwasher safe. It comes equipped with a brush to be used with cleaning out the pulp bin.
The Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro comes with a micro-mesh basket strainer, a cup (juice cup) that catches the juices being extracted, and its very easy to assemble, the lid is held safely secured with its durable die-cast metal lock latching mechanism. This model is very reasonably priced it also includes a one year manufactures warranty; many customers have reported enjoying this particular model. Although some have found one minor drawback in that when using soft fruits or vegetables, this juice extractor tends to send more of the juice into the pulp bin instead of the juicer cup. That is why I rate this particular model a 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Juicing up is the newest health trend, you owe it to yourself and your family to get started today for a healthier living tomorrow. No more excuses, buy yours today!

#5 Big Boss Juicer, 700W 18,000 RPM
The Big Boss Juicer, 700W 18,000 RPM model is the last juicer on our list but still packs a punch for the money! It features a 700 watt multi-speed motor enclosed in a die-cast stainless steel design. This model operates at a high end speed of 18,000 rpm and includes an extra large feeding tube for ease in loading.
Benefits for this model is that its easy to use, simple to clean, lighter and relatively compact for smaller kitchens or counter tops. For smooth surfaces, it features 4 suction cups on the bottom to help hold it in place during use. I like the idea of the juice spout being higher up on this juice machine since this allows for taller glasses or pitchers.
One major noticeable drawback is that the pulp bin is black versus clear like other models of juicers. This tends to be a guess measurement as to the level of the contents for proper disposal. Another concern is that this model does include more plastic materials than metal in its construction so longevity may become an issue.
As for cleaning the juicer, all the parts are dishwasher safe like many others. Dis-assembly is fairly easy with the exception of the filter which can be tricky to remove, a spoon handle or knife to pry it up seems to help get it out. A small cleaning brush is furnished to helping with wash filter and cutting discs.
This model of juice extractor is priced lower than others, usually around $80 but it still provides value and service for those looking into maybe a first time machine. Considering that this Big Boss Juicer is built with more plastic than metal and the fact that the pulp bin is colored, it doesn't score as high. It may seem like a bargain to many but I can only give it a score of 7 out of 10.
The Complete Book of Juicing
Using Your New Juice Extractor Is The Road To Better Health!
At the beginning of each day, its a great idea to drink a glass of apple juice for toning and cleansing your body's system. Apple juice has enzymes to aid in digestion. It is also very good for the kidneys and promotes good intestinal activity. It aids in cleansing the blood and helps to rebuild skin cells and anemia.
If you feel groggy in the morning with the attitude of "I hate to get up and face another day" feeling, its a good idea that you supplement your apple juice with a glass of orange juice, reinforced with bio-flavonoids, and a glass of grape juice. The orange juice will have a fast alkaline effect on your body (which is especially good if you are overly acidic). It is an excellent blood enzyme, it's rich in vitamins A , B, and, particularly, in vitamin C. The bio-flavonoids (which are drawn from the peel of the fruit) improve the strength and elasticity of your capillaries, this helps to pass life-giving ingredients from your blood stream to your cells.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
It is possible to juice your fruits and vegetables and store them in the refrigerator to consume it at a later time. Just remember, the longer extracted juice is stored in the refrigerator, it starts losing beneficial vitamins and nutrients. If you have to store extracted juice, make sure that you use an airtight container, preferably one made of glass. If you select to freeze extracted juice, use freezer safe containers.
For health reasons:
DO NOT store or freeze extracted juice for a period longer than 1 month.
DO NOT store the following after juicing: melons, berries, cherries, mangoes and papayas.
Preparation of Fruits and Vegetables:
Be sure to thoroughly clean each fruit or vegetable under cold running water. Unfortunately we now live in an age of chemicals and pesticides. It is very important to make sure that everything you put into your juicer is clean to avoid contamination or other possible health risks. Carve out any bruises or bad spots. They will change the color of the juice, adversely affect the taste and speed up the loss of vitamins and minerals.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Do not juice bananas, avocados, coconuts, eggplants or leeks.
