Asian Carp, The Fish That Fight Back

Most people have seen at least one video of Asian Carp Jumping in the air as a boat goes through the water near them. If you haven't seen a video of them, you are in for a treat.
The Asian Carp is an invasive species, that was imported to the U.S. Most sources blame floods in the 1990s as the origin of Asian Carp in U.S. waterways.
There is currently a coordinated effort to keep these fish out of any waterway that they are not currently established in. Although people are working hard to keep these fish out of the Great Lakes, and other U.S. waters, it seems like the Carp are winning the battle.

The Asian Carp are certainly winning the battle so far and efforts are being stepped up to fight them but it may not be soon enough. The videos are fun and eating them is one solution. I love goo2eyes suggestion.

asian carp could solve the famine in africa. as long as the fish flying are not piranhas, it would not be a problem.

The cooking video was rather funny. I think the bones can be removed easily. It is done for cat fish. It should be called Louisiana Jumping Carp. We go for catfish, don't we?
