The Best Kesselfleisch Ever

Kesselfleisch or as it is sometimes called Wellfleisch

Kesselfleisch is a traditional German dish. Usually made with pork, but sometimes made using beef. Historically it was a poor persons meal. I will try to explain more in the receipe below. I'm English so some of the words I translated maybe be a little wrong.

Often after eating this meal, a small Schnapps is welcome.
