Kettlebell Revolution Review - The Ultimate Kettlebell Training

Chris Lopez has teamed up with Turbulent Training's Craig Ballantyne to bring out this beast of a kettlebell workout. I have been a fan of Craig's Turbulence Training for the last few years and combining it with kettlebell's...well let's just say the results are out of this world.
I have been training with weights for the past five or so years and at least once a week I throw in a Turbulence Bodyweight training session to mix things up and work on my cardio. Now I've ditched the weights and I'm just doing the kettlebell workouts.
I'm not only building mass and getting a hell of a workout but I'm also feeling powerful at my very core and also just feeling totally buzzed from the workout.
I do my kettlebell workouts in the park across the road from my work which is busy with joggers going past and I always get people coming up to me and interested in my workouts, I think I have even sold a few of them on the benefits using kettlebells and combining them with Turbulence Training to really up the ante!

- I know that these kettlebells weight training workouts work. Not for myself but I have seen them in action. I tried someone's kettlebell once but it was too much for me. I just need to get myself some lighter ones.
