    I feel HP is good only for printers. Have had a lot of service issues with them when I had a laptop about a year back.

    I would also have to go with the MacBook Pro. They are the best, in speed, quality, warranty, re-seller value (when you want to sell and get a new one) All in all, they are the best by far in my opinion

    Thanks for all the great options. My Toshiba had a hiccup when our cat Sammy knocked a glass of wine onto the keyboard. **Sizzle** It fired right back up a week later -- I'd definitely get another Toshiba.
