    This is what I was looking for. Thanks! Just needed a straightforward lasagna recipe, because I want to surprise someone who's on vacation and has an empty fridge to come home to. I figure when I go back to take care of his cat right before he gets home, I'll leave the lasagna for him. Thanks for the recipe!

    What really impresses me about this lens is that you included a recipe for making your own lasagna noodles. I recently discovered a little Italian restaurant near my home (just opened a few months ago, still relatively undiscovered but I'm trying to change that) that has hand-made lasagna and manicotti. The difference between the dried noodles that you get in the store and the fresh hand-made ones is astonishing. I had no idea! Since then, I've been learning how to make my own pasta and egg noodles; recently my sister and I made a batch of pelomini (not sure how to spell it, but it sounds like Peel-Oh-Many) using a family recipe from one of our close friends. The experience was not only delicious, but the time we spent together rolling, cutting, and forming the little pelomini dumplings was priceless. Great Lasagna Lens - thumbs up, and I'm putting this on my list of lenses to bless next time I'm an angel.

    Mmm, lasagna! For me the sauce is important, and making sure it's moist - add that extra water so it doesn't dry out!
