When Oprah wants to start her morning with a boost of vitamins, she blends this healthy breakfast beverage.Ingredients:
Makes 2 to 2 1/2 glasses
* 3 stalks celery
* 2 cucumbers
* 1 apple
* 1 chunk fresh ginger
* 1 cup fresh spinach
Combine all ingredients in a juicer and blend until smooth.

Years ago, I was stuck on the diet rollercoaster. I'd lose weight, only to gain it back-and more. When I hit 237 pounds in 1992, I'd nearly lost hope of ever achieving a healthy weight. But with Bob Greene's help, I was able to do it. We did it in two steps: First I became active, and then I improved my diet. Throughout the entire process, I forced myself to face the really tough questions, like why I overeat and why I need to turn to food for comfort. I began addressing big, painful issues, like how much I really loved myself and why I allowed my life to get so out of balance. Oprah's Treadmill
She has often mentioned that she trains by increasing the incline to vary the resistance and make the workout a little harder.
It's important to do different things on the treadmill and really push yourself. If you just walk slowly you won't see any results.
This treadmill is great for that because it has many programmed routines, including one that will keep your heart rate within YOUR target area by automatically changing the incline.
