I love meatloaf, and I do cook a rather flavorful meatloaves' delight.. You will enjoy it! After all, we can't make this offer all day, and it has to be true, if you read in on the Internet!!

Best Ever Meatloaf Recipe
Best Ever Meat Loaf Recipe - Spicy, Cheesy, Delicious - As NOT Seen on TV!
* 3 pounds lean hamburger (see note 1 below)
* 1 pound ground medium spicy sausage (see note 2 below)
* 7 slices lean bacon
* ½ to ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 1/2 cups crushed Kellogg's® Crispix® cereal (see note 3 below)
* 2 large eggs - beaten
* 1 large white onion, diced
* 1 large bulb dried garlic crushed
* 1 large green bell pepper diced (see note 4 below)
* 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (see note 5 below)
* 1 (10-ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
* 1 cup ketchup
* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 1 teaspoon pepper
* 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard (see note 6 below)
* 1/2 cup ketchup
1. Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C).
2. mix all the above ingredients, except for the 1/2 cup ketchup, in a large mixing bowl.
3. Spread the 1/2 cup ketchup in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
4. Shape meat loaf and place in the prepared baking pan. Lay the bacon strips on top of the meat loaf.
5. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
6. Immediately Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top
7. Allow meat loaf to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 12 servings.
NOTES:
1. For even better results use ground chuck
2. Options: hamburger; ground chuck, mild or hot sausage, either may be substituted.
3. Options: 1 cup Kellogg's® Rice Krispies; or 1 ½ cups Corn flakes
4. For different spicy levels experiment with different peppers)
5. Optional
6. OR, 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

- I like the idea of adding condensed tomato soup - adds sweet and salty to the meatloaf. With the sausage, it must be great.
