    I will grill some stuff and have a few guests. I make a pretty good sauce. We'll have a few pasta salads as well. I'll probably use the day as an excuse to make some desserts.

    The Smoked New Potatoes Salad sound delicious and is definitely coming to our house soon. I am relatively new to Squidoo and find it a "world" of information. Enjoyed your memorial day site and plan to visit others.

    I like the check list for this Memorial Day lens. Some great recipes to try too. I like the sound of that grilled eggplant but hubby doesn't like it. Oh well he'll like the grilled corn and the yummy dessert. Great lens.

    Wow. So much information.

    I would have put some cherry tomatoes from my potted plant on kabobs, but my grandson and I ate them as we picked them! No problem, though, if you have visited my lens about growing tomatoes in pots, you would know that I have plenty coming!

    Nice work here on this lens. I will definitely try grilling the corn in husks. My husband is addicted to using aluminum foil. Who knows, I might be able to teach that old dog a new trick.
