What Are The Best Bodybuilding Supplements ?

Do we really need to take bodybuilding supplements to get stronger ? Well, that depends on who you ask. I believe that everyone has different goals, so everyone has a different approach for reaching those goals.

I know plenty of people who take tons of vitamins and supplements on a daily basis, but I also know people who prefer not to take any muscle building supplements.

In my opinion, I think that supplements are a great way to give you that extra boost of confidence and energy. I do not however recommend any one take steroids, it has very bad side effects as you might know.

Supplements aren't needed, unless you want to get to a high level in bodybuilding, or whatever sport you are into, but they can make your life a lot easier and they can actually save you money.

If you consume 200g of protein per day from normal foods, then you are obviously eating a lot of chicken, tuna, lean meats, etc. and it will be more expensive than supplementing with a high quality whey protein shake which would also deliver the 200g of protein, but at a lower price and will be more effective, whilst being low calorie, low fat and low sugar

Whey Protein, such as the CNP brand, is high quality, undenatured and costs about 1.7 pence per gram. The next cheapest protein source is tuna, which costs about 1.9 pence per gram, but contains excessive mercury levels, etc. but that is another story!
