I realized quite a while back that more often than not the people making the very best lenses-the most creative, thoughtful, well written pages-were women. More specifically they were workathome moms and mombloggers. Supersmart, generous, down to earth (and very busy!) people.

Who are these moms though? And what are they doing that makes them so formidable?

They are everywhere. They are moms who stay home and take care of home and family. They are moms who work every day.

They work at home, in an office, in hospitals, schools. They do manual labour and office work. They are blogging and networking with other moms around the world.

And moms are on Twitter!
