Well, I try not to eat a lot of processed foods. Most of my favorite foods are natural -- vegetables and fruit and such. Love mustard greens simmered in a little oil until tender and I always buy them frozen. Cannot handle canned foods unless they're home-canned. :)

I wish I could but there simply aren't enough options near me for shopping for truly fresh foods so my daily diet is very restricted after discovering that, really, my body doesn't like meat much. I mostly eat fruit, vegetables and a little fish but love nuts, especially macademia and pecan, when I can get them so I guess I'm half-way there already, not sure I could do without my wholmeal bread, though I do prefer to make my own. This is definitely a 5* lens and I'm adding it to my favourites so I can keep coming back to check what's new here.
