It is both a leather carrying case and a sleeve in one! It has a built-in stand, which allows for viewing in portrait or landscape mode. If you don't want to use it in the portfolio style case, you can take it out and yet still have it protected with a nice sleeve.
The case is high quality and thick enough to offer some protection. If you're like me and have a tendency to just toss things into your backpack or bag, having your Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in a case like this one is very important to keep it safe!

This item is available for pre-order today. There are no reviews yet, but at half the price of the leather RooCase, it looks like it might be a good deal. CaseCrown is in the business of making cases and their other cases for the iPad, Kindle, and Nook get great reviews.
