What are the best scifi shows on TV?

Below you can vote up your favorite scifi TV shows and hopefully the best will rise to the top. These can be current scifi TV shows or old ones. Some of my favorites are scifi shows that have had more than one series like Star Trek, Stargate, and Battlestar Galactica. There are also some wonderful short lived scifi shows like Firefly. Then there are some shows that people categorize as scifi that I'm not sure they are--like vampire shows. I hope to keep the vampires off this list, perhaps a separate vampire list can be made.
