I only shop online; It is my own personal philosophy that I shouldn't fund local stores in my hometown, nor finance the large chains. I buy in my own comfort, and constantly testing online fragrance and skin-care stores.

FragranceX, is a great shop for that matter.
They indeed don't offer that many skincare products for men, but I sometimes use female-targeted products, so I'm OK with it :)
Anyhow, they ship internationally for over 130 countries, with free shipping for larger orders, and offer a daily deal in their website.
They are good to go as far as I concern and I heard only good things about them.

A second option would be Amazon - for ease of use, I have listed all the suggested products here in Amazon. I don't have to sell Amazon really because everyone knows it - it is indeed the world's largest online store, with flawless reputation and competitive pricing.

Zenmed is another great option. Superb site, excellent products.

I am also very fond of philosophy - a world leader in skin care that has superb recognition and tons of positive reviews over the internet; a world known suppliers of skin care, that has excellent prices and very good, responsive, support team.

How did I compose this list? I only listed products I have personally tried or someone tried them for me and helped me out with the review of that product. I tried to put everything into consideration - like uniqueness of product, short term effect, long term effect, overall quality and of course, pricing (according to Amazon.com).

I currently don't have the time to lay out a complete guide in regards to how to choose your product, how to take care of your skin in general and how significant it is for one's total image to have soft and clear skin. You can read this info all around the internet.

I am only going to lay out one very important advice that deals with testing a product:
When using a product (hopefuly, one from my list), you have to test it before you determine if it's good for your needs. You need to decide, by yourself, what are you trying to achieve and keep an important fact in mind - no product is a magic product. If you want to have the complete package of clear, soft and nice skin - please consider usage of multiple products.

This advice, however, is not valid when TESTING a product. Then, you have to use this product for 14 days or so and monitor the effect on a daily basis without mixing other products in that test. Usually, a product that has mild or low effect on the first use will not askew you with long term results, but you have to try it over and over before you conclude.
