Why Smoothies

Smoothies are a great snack for anybody on the go; you can put one in a sealable drink mug, like a thermos, and take it anywhere you go. Smoothies are also a great before workout snack. Some days I have two workouts a day that go right through dinner, so have a smoothie to give me the energy to continue for another few hours. Smoothies are filling but not too filling, they are energy-potent, and more healthy than most granola or breakfast bars. No matter who or where you are you can get a warm tropical breeze, as well as a healthy addition to your diet.

This is my blender. It is amazing its blades are sharp months after purchasing it, it shreds through ice with no problem at all, and is a snap to clean because the main blending compartment is all one piece, so you don't have to take it apart to clean it. This blender saves me so much time and was a great purchase.
