As the weather turns cooler and leaves begin to fall, it's beginning to look a lot like that time of year -- the Christmas Holidays! Of course a fun part of the holidays is buying presents, especially for the children in our lives.

Here's a list of some of the hottest toys for this holiday season. This list is a work-in-process, as I get additional feedback from friends about their favorite holiday toys, so check back often.

Lionel Trains Polar Express Train Set

Model trains are magical and have captivated model train hobbyist for years. One of the current bestselling train sets is the Lionel Trains Polar Express Train Set - O Gauge.

What's so special about this train? Well, the locomotive features forward, neutral and reverse operation, an operating headlight, puffing smoke (very cool!) and an operating coupler on the read of tender.

The passenger cars have interior lighting, silhouettes in the windows, and a rounded observation deck. Minimum curve is 0-27 and the railroad track layout dimensions are 40" x 60". This is an o gauge train set.
