    Completely agree with the idea that Model Trains bring out the kids in all of us.. Definitely got the model railroading bug as well...

    I have an old Lionel train set I received as a child more than 30 years ago. Right now we set it out around the tree at Christmas time as a decoration but it doesn't actually work. I'm looking forward to having it restored soon so that next year it can make laps around the tree. It'll be fun for the family. Thanks for the great lens on model trains!

    Have always loved trains as a child. Never had one.
    We have trained across Australia. Germany, France, Europe and USA. Hope to go to Alaska later this year and then train across canada

    oooohhhh, I love trains! Girls (even old girls) like trains too! I had planned on creating a lens on trains, but now I see you beat me to it! Gotta take it off the list, surely can't top this one, It's awesome!
