Solomon Islands
The Solomon Islands is a country in Melanesia, east of Papua New Guinea, consisting of nearly one thousand islands. Together they cover a land mass of 28,400 square kilometers (10,965 sq mi).The islands' ocean-equatorial climate is extremely humid throughout the year, with a temperature of 27 °C (80 °F) and few extremes of temperature or weather. June through August is the cooler period. Though seasons are not pronounced, the northwesterly winds of November through April bring more frequent rainfall and occasional squalls or cyclones. The annual rainfall is about 3050 mm (120 in).

Bora Bora
Bora Bora is an island in the Leeward group of the Society Islands of French Polynesia, an overseas collectivity of France in the Pacific Ocean. The island, located about 230 kilometers (140 mi) northwest of Papeete, is surrounded by a lagoon and a barrier reef. In the center of the island are the remnants of an extinct volcano rising to two peaks, Mount Pahia and Mount Otemanu.The climate on the Island of Bora Bora can be divided into two basic seasons: the wet season and the dry season:
The wet season, is between the months of November to April, receiving approximately 3/4ths of the annual rainfall of French Polynesia between these months. The humidity during this time can be quite heavy and muggy and cloud cover is common. Storms are frequent, brief, and unpredictable.(Average rainfall for Papeete is 1800mm). Temperatures will range from 27 - 30 °C, with the hottest months being February and March. Day to night temperature fluctuations are minimal.
The dry season is between April and October and brings an expected coolness, July and August being the coolest months of the year due to southeast trade winds.

Papua New Guinea

The climate of Papua New Guinea is chiefly influenced by altitude and by the monsoons. The northwest or wet monsoon prevails from December to March, and the southeast or dry trade winds from May to October. Annual rainfall varies widely with the monsoon pattern, ranging from as little as 127 cm (50 in) to an average of 584 cm (230 in).
Most of the lowland and island areas have daily mean temperatures of about 27° C (81° F), while in the highlands temperatures may fall to 4° C (39° F) at night and rise to 32° C(90° F ) in the daytime.
Relative humidity is uniformly high in the lowlands at about 80% and averages between 65 and 80% in the highlands.
Zanzibar
Zanzibar is a semi-autonomous part of the United Republic of Tanzania, in East Africa. It comprises the Archipelago in the Indian Ocean, 25-50 kilometers (16-31 mi) off the coast of the mainland, and consists of numerous small islands and two large ones: Unguja (the main island, informally referred to as Zanzibar), and Pemba.Other nearby island countries and territories include Comoros and Mayotte to the south, Mauritius and Réunion to the far East, and the Seychelles Islands about 1500km.
Zanzibar experiences ideal holiday weather for most of the year. The heat of summer is seasonally often cooled by windy conditions, resulting in pleasant sea breezes, particularly on the North and East coasts. Being near to the equator, the islands are warm all year round, but officially, summer and winter peak in December and June respectively. Zanzibar is blessed with an average of 7-8 hours of sunshine daily.
Short rains can occur in November but are characterized by short showers which do not last long. The long rains normally occur in April and May although this is often referred to as the 'Green Season' and it typically doesn't rain every day during that time.

Hawaii
The newest of the 50 U.S. states, and is the only state made up entirely of islands. It is located on an archipelago in the central Pacific Ocean, southwest of the continental United States, southeast of Japan, and northeast of Australia.The state of Hawaii comprises hundreds of islands spread over 1,500 miles (2,400 km).
Hawaii is the largest of those islands, and it is often called the "Big Island" or "Big Isle" to avoid confusion with the state as a whole.
The climate of Hawaii is typical for a tropical area, although temperatures and humidity tend to be a bit less extreme due to constant trade winds from the east.
Summer highs are usually in the upper 80s °F, (around 31°C) during the day and mid 70s, (around 24 °C) at night.

Tahiti
The largest island in the Windward group of French Polynesia, located in the archipelago of Society Islands in the southern Pacific Ocean.Tahiti is 45 km at its widest and covers 1,045 km2
November to April is the wet season; the wettest month is January with average of 13 inches of rain (335 mm). August is driest with 2 inches (48 mm). The average low temp is 70 °F (21 °C) and the high 88 °F (31 °C) with little seasonal variation.
Bahamas
Consist of 29 islands, 661 cays, and 2,387 islets (rocks). It is located in the Atlantic Ocean north of Cuba, Dominican Republic, Haiti and the Caribbean Sea, northwest of the Turks and Caicos Islands, and southeast of the United States of America. Its size is almost 14 000 km²The climate of the Bahamas is subtropical to tropical, and is moderated significantly by the waters of the Gulf Stream, particularly in winter.
While there has never been a freeze reported in the Bahamas, the temperature can fall as low as 2-3 °C during Arctic outbreaks that affect nearby Florida.

Dominican Republic
The Dominican Republic is a nation on the island of Hispaniola, part of the Greater Antilles archipelago in the Caribbean region. The western third of the island is occupied by the nation of Haiti, making Hispaniola one of two Caribbean islands that are occupied by two countries. Both by area and population, the Dominican Republic is the second largest Caribbean nation (after Cuba), with 48,442 km² and an estimated 10 million people.The climate of the Dominican Republic is mostly tropical. The annual average temperature is 25 °C (77 °F). At higher elevations, the temperature averages 18 °C (64 °F) while near sea level the average temperature is 28 °C (82 °F). Jamaica
Island nation of the Greater Antilles, 234 kilometers (145 mi) in length and as much as 80 kilometers (50 mi) in width, amounting to 11,100 km2.It is situated in the Caribbean Sea, about 145 kilometers (90 mi) south of Cuba, and 190 kilometers (120 mi) west ofHispaniola, the island harboring the nation-states Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
The climate in Jamaica is tropical, with hot and humid weather, although higher inland regions are more temperate. Puerto Rico
The main island of Puerto Rico is the smallest by land area and second smallest by population among the four Greater Antilles, which also include Cuba, Hispaniola, and Jamaica.
Puerto Rico has an average temperature of 82.4 °F (30 °C) throughout the year. Temperatures do not change drastically throughout the seasons. The temperature in the south is usually a few degrees higher than the north and temperatures in the central interior mountains are always cooler than the rest of the island. The Hurricane season spans from June to November.

Trinidad and Tobago
The Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in the southern Caribbean, lying northeast of the South country of Venezuela and south of Grenada in the Lesser Antilles.It shares maritime boundaries with other nations including Barbados to the northeast, Guyana to the southeast, and Venezuela to the south and west.
The country covers an area of 5,128 square kilometers (1,980 sq mills) and consists of two main islands, Trinidad and Tobago, and numerous smaller landforms. Trinidad is the larger and more populous of the main islands.
The climate is tropical. There are two seasons annually: the dry season for the first six months of the year, and the wet season in the second half of the year. Winds are predominantly from the northeast and are dominated by the northeast trade winds. Unlike most of the other Caribbean islands, both Trinidad and Tobago have frequently escaped the wrath of major devastating hurricanes.
Seychelles
An archipelago nation of 115 islands in the Indian Ocean, some 1,500 kilometers (932 mi) east of mainland Africa, northeast of the island of Madagascar. Other nearby island countries and territories include Zanzibar to the west, Mauritius and Réunion to the south, Comoros and Mayotte to the southwest, and the Maldives to the northeast.Regular sea breezes during the daytime moderate the combination of high temperatures and high humidity. Madagascar
Madagascar or Republic of Madagascar is an island nation located in the Indian Ocean 250 miles off the eastern coast of Africa across the Mozambique Channel, just south of the equator. Climate is subtropical, with a hot and rainy season between November and April, and a cooler dry season from May to October.
However there is a big variation in climate depending on altitude and geographical position. The west coast is drier than the east coast and the central highlands, while the far south and south west is a semi-desert region that experiences very little rainfall. The east coast receives the most rain and is hot and humid during the wet season, and also prone to cyclones between February and March. Temperatures are much cooler in the highlands. Antananarivo has a pleasant, temperate climate. Along the coast temperatures range from 81°F to 90°F (27°C to 32°C) in the wet season and 64°F to 72°F (18°C to 22°C) in the dry season
Fiji
The Republic of the Fiji Islands is an island nation in the South Pacific Ocean east of Vanuatu, west of Tonga and south of Tuvalu. The country comprises an archipelago of about 322 islands, of which 106 are permanently inhabited and 522 islets. The two major islands, Viti Levu and Vanua Levu, account for 87% of the population.Fiji enjoys a typical tropical climate, with a trade wind blowing across the islands to cool things down during most of the year.
Maximum summer temperatures average 88ºF (31ºC), with the winter average not far different at 84ºF (29ºC).
Rain can be expected at any time of year. The driest months are April, May, June and October.
The Maldives
The Maldives Islands, officially Republic of Maldives, is an island country in the Indian Ocean formed by a double chain of twenty-six atolls stretching in a north-south direction off India's Lakshadweep islands, between Minicoy Island and Chagos Archipelago. It stands in the Laccadive Sea, about seven hundred kilometers (435 mi) south-west of Sri Lanka.The atolls of Maldives encompass a territory spread over roughly 90,000 square kilometers, making it one of the most disparate countries in the world. It features 1,192 islets, of which two hundred islands are inhabited.
The Indian Ocean has a great effect on the climate of the country by acting as a heat buffer, absorbing, storing, and slowly releasing the tropical heat. The temperature of Maldives ranges between 24 and 33 °C (91 °F) throughout the year. Although the humidity is relatively high, the constant cool sea breezes keep the air moving and the heat mitigated.

Mauritius
The Republic of Mauritius is an island nation off the coast of the African continent in the southwest Indian Ocean, about 900 kilometers (560 mi) east of Madagascar.In addition to the island of Mauritius, the Republic includes the islands of Cargados Carajos,Rodrigues and the Agalega Islands. Mauritius is part of the Mascarene Islands, with the French island of Réunion 200 km (120 mi) to the southwest and the island of Rodrigues 570 km (350 mi) to the northeast.
The local climate is tropical, modified by southeast trade winds; there is a warm, dry winter from May to November and a hot, wet, and humid summer from November to May. Anti-cyclones affect the country during May to September. Cyclones affect the country during November-April.
