The Best Turntable Ever
Ranked #867 in Music, #26,069 overall
A Vinyl Connection
People who listen to Vinyl Records have an emotional connection to both their records and the turntable. Today Turntables range in price from a couple of hundred dollars to well over one hundred thousand dollars and yes there are people who are willing to pay seemingly any price to hear the perfection of recorded music on vinyl.
My all time favorite turntable was a Dual 5000 which used a Grado Platinum cartridge, it was not the best sounding turntable I've owned but it was my first decent turntable and I loved its look with the wood base housing all the components and the smokey dust cover hinged to the base. What can I say but the whole vinyl experience is linked to emotional connection and I loved this turntable and wish now that I had not traded it in when I thought I would never listen to it again.

Listen for The First Time
Of course I love the convenience of digital music but when I want to sit and listen to the emotion and art of the musical artist I want to hear it on vinyl spinning on a turntable. The art work on an album cover alone adds to the experience of connecting with the music. Turntable Manufacturers

- I sold my turntable a couple years ago, and I have regretted it ever since. I know it's more convenient to have this hard drive full of music, but there's just something about seeing a wall full of colourful albums that digital can never replicate.
Great lens. It really makes me want to go out and replace mine.
