- My husband's daughter makes handcarved and forged silver and gold jewelry with gemstones. This type of jewelry is more than craft - it's actually fine art. I much prefer hand made jewelry to anything from a jewelry store.

- Hi! It's lovely to hear from someone who understands that while some people string beads together with no artistry, some jewelry artists create legitimate "art jewelry" with beads as well as with metalsmithing skills. Thank you so much for your comment!
