The first thing you need to change with your nutrition to burn fat and build muscle is to make sure you're eating enough protein. If you're not eating enough protein then you won't be able to build muscle, but eat too much and you'll just store fat. You need to figure out how much protein is right for you.
Start with eating about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. So if you weight 200 pounds try to eat about 200 grams of protein a day. This is just a general starting point, from there you can fine tune your protein intake based on feedback from your body and how it is responding to your workouts.
