Squidoo makes it easy to customize your page (called a "lens"); it even has preconfigured layouts, including widgets (called "modules") that add content based on the theme and topic of your lens! Lensmasters (people who publish content on Squidoo) have discovered that some of the modules are versatile beyond their original purpose, but they also see room for improvement.

    Not free, but a great all in one package. Reasonably priced and easy to use. Very secure also. Blog, forum, CMS, CRM and webapps all rolled in to one.
