Why I Made A Western Movies Web Site ?

Thanks Squidoo for featuring my lense ! It's great to be appreciated.

Western Movies...I saw my first of them when I was a kid. It was none other than The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, one of the best western movies ever made in Western Cinema, starring our beloved Clint Eastwood ! I was mesmerized.

Wow! who are these people? ..they shoot, they walk fearless, they are quick and dangerous and how majestic they appear when they ride those steeds. That day western films took a toll on me.

When the movie ended, the next thing I wished was to join a gang in the wild west or to have my own cowboy costume, gun and a horse....at least a cowboy hat for god sake smily. I was hooked to the western movies forever.

I am trying to find the name of an old western. I can remember very little about it. From what I can remember it would probably have been made anywhere from the 50s to 70s.
I think the basic plot was a gunfighters family was killed he was a middle aged man. He spent his time trying to track down the killers and on his way met a new lady. In the final scene he tracks down the killer in and old shed and his his gun on him ready to kill him. He then decides that it has all made him too bitter and rides back to his new lady. Its not a Clint Eastwood movie, but I've never seen it again. I though it may have been Widmark's The Last Day, but not sure. Any ideas, thanks Joe

I am a film student at Boston University and I am trying to raise money to make a modern day western for the western lover. If you have any inclination to see a film like the one I am trying to make, please help me make it.

I saw a westerm movie when I was a kid. There was a scene in it where indians buried a man up to his shoulders in the sand then rode their horses over him. That scene has stuck in my mind for years. I would love to find out the title so I could see it again.
