It is a mixture of fitness and fun and it is pretty cool to do different exercises, it is like your virtual trainer.

It is great because it contains a chart progress, so you can look at your progress during each day. You can also set goals which gives you motivation to achieve them. It can help you improve you balance with different mini games for you working and training your body balance.
