Basically these are songs over the years that have stuck in my running / jogging  mix on my ipod.  Good for cardio machines at the gym as well.  Most of the songs are rock beats - most of the songs I have found that are in the 150 bpm to 190 bpm range fall in that category.  These are catchy songs with a strong quick beat... maybe you will find something to add to your ipod mix, which will please you if you are as obsessive with good running music as I am.

The beats per minute are pretty accurate.  Certainly accurate enough for the purposes of adding more songs that match your workout pace.

Most of these songs fall into the Alternative or Classic Alternative category, with a few others tossed in.

Yeah nice lens.........I just love to jog along to Artic Monkeys - "Whatever they say I am that is what I am not" album (try and say that after a few beers!).

The speed of the music is a decent jogging pace throughout, but the time certainly passes by when you listen to the lyrics. Apparently the songs are all about true life experiences of the band members and friends. If you got the time have a listen.

Cheers, Grant.
