Adirondack Chairs . . . a relaxing afternoon!

I have enjoyed working with wood ever since I can remember. From my first go-kart made out of scrap wood and wheels stolen (I mean borrowed) from my dad's lawnmower all the way to now.I've also had the idea of why should I buy that when I can build one?

My dad started building adirondack chairs a few years ago and I thought they were really nice. Eventually my ex-wife seen some of his and wanted some for herself. Naturally I felt that I could just build my own instead of buying some.

So off to the woodworking store to get a set of plans and the rest is history. I never really wanted one because I thought they were just wood and would be uncomfortable. Man was I ever wrong!



There's something about the way an Adirondack Chair fits and cradles your back and body that just instantly relaxes you and gives you a complete feeling of comfort.
