It really is the best cupcake recipe......

I know the title makes huge claims. The best cupcake recipe - I know you are doubting my claims, but give it a try first and then tell me what you think - these really are delicous. They are really easy to make to. I did them for my oldest sons birthday party - 3 of the Moms asked me for the recipe.

You can also play about with it a bit if you want by changing the white chocolate to milk chocolate, changing the coconut for................it's up to you, be creative. I myself love the jam and coconut on top but because my youngest will not eat coconut I do his with icing and sprinkles on top.
