    Pretty similar to what I make, but what's the difference between the pasta in the recipe and the picture which is what I would call penne?

    Hello jennysue...Here in Italy we call Rigatoni the pasta that you can see in the picture of this recipe. Instead with Penne we indicate another kind of pasta, as reported in the last recipe of this page...
